The Vocation of Christ exists because someone encountered the living God — and could not keep it to themselves. We are a ministry built on the simple, urgent conviction that the gospel must be preached, and souls must be saved.
"For necessity is laid upon me; yes, woe is me if I do not preach the gospel!"
1 Corinthians 9:16The Vocation of Christ was not born in a boardroom or launched with a strategy. It was born out of an encounter with the living God — the kind of encounter that changes everything and leaves a person unable to be silent.
"When God saves a soul, He does not save it to sit quietly. He saves it to speak. The gospel is too great a treasure to keep to oneself."
Since around 2021, this ministry has been proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost and grounding believers in the doctrine of the New Testament — from Ghana to the world. What started as a personal calling has grown into a digital platform reaching souls across continents with the plain, powerful truth of God's Word.
The name itself says everything. The Vocation — the calling — of Christ is to seek and save the lost. That is our calling too. We exist to walk in it.
The ministry began when someone who had encountered Christ could no longer stay silent. Personal salvation became a personal commission — "Go and tell."
From day one, no creed but Christ, no book but the Bible, no name but the name above all names. The Word of God is our only authority and our only message.
Recognising that the unreached are online, the ministry built a digital presence to take the ancient gospel into the modern world — reaching Ghana and beyond.
What began as a burden has grown into a ministry — a blog, a website, one-on-one Bible studies, and sermons that proclaim the full counsel of God without compromise.
Every decision we make, every sermon we write, every Bible study we conduct flows from these convictions. They are not corporate values — they are biblical ones.
The great commission is not a suggestion. We exist to take the gospel to people who have never heard it or never truly responded to it — in Ghana, across West Africa, and around the world through the internet.
Salvation is the beginning, not the end. We are committed to teaching new and growing believers the full doctrine of Christ — so that they are rooted, stable, and fruitful in their walk with God.
In a world of skepticism and competing worldviews, we equip believers to give a reasoned answer for the hope that is in them — and we confront objections to the gospel with evidence and truth.
We hold to no human creed, no denominational tradition, no council's opinion above the Word of God. The Bible is our sole authority — the complete and sufficient revelation of God's will for salvation.
We believe the most powerful evangelism is personal. We offer free, personal one-on-one Bible studies to anyone who wants to know what the Bible truly teaches — no cost, no pressure, just the Word.
We are part of the Restoration Movement — the conviction that the church of the New Testament can be restored today by simply following the New Testament pattern. No additions, no subtractions.
These are not opinions. They are the clear teachings of the New Testament, which we hold without apology and preach without compromise.
Verbally inspired, inerrant, and the sole authority in all matters of faith and practice. No tradition, creed, or council stands above it.
2 Timothy 3:16–17 · 2 Peter 1:20–21Fully divine and fully human. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily on the third day, and now reigns at the Father's right hand.
John 1:1,14 · Acts 2:36 · Romans 1:4Biblical baptism is immersion in water, for the forgiveness of sins, in the name of Jesus Christ. It is the moment of new birth — where God's grace meets human obedience.
Acts 2:38 · Mark 16:16 · Romans 6:3–4Christ built one church — not a denomination, but His body. We seek to be simply Christians, following the New Testament pattern for worship, doctrine, and life together.
Matthew 16:18 · Ephesians 1:22–23 · Acts 2:47Salvation is by grace through faith — but biblical faith is never alone. It hears, believes, repents, confesses, is baptized, and lives faithfully. Obedience is not legalism; it is love.
James 2:24 · Hebrews 5:9 · John 14:15Every person will stand before God. The faithful will receive eternal life; the disobedient, eternal separation. This reality makes the gospel urgent and the ministry necessary.
2 Corinthians 5:10 · Matthew 25:46 · Revelation 20:12Our roots are in West Africa, but our vision is global. The internet has removed every geographic barrier to the gospel — and we are using it.
Ghana has a deeply religious culture — but religion and salvation are not the same thing. Many people know of Christ without knowing His gospel. Our ministry exists to bridge that gap: to take the plain, undiluted New Testament message to people who may have been in church their whole lives but never truly obeyed the gospel.
Beyond Ghana, our blog and website reach anyone who is searching. The internet is the mission field of our generation, and we are committed to making the most of it for the kingdom of God.
We publish sermons and teachings on our blog — covering salvation, Christian living, doctrine, and answers to hard questions about the faith.
Anyone can request a free, one-on-one Bible study with a minister. We open the Word together and walk through every question at the person's own pace.
We provide evidence-based defences of God's existence and the divine inspiration of Scripture — equipping believers and answering the honest doubts of seekers.
Salvation is a beginning, not an end. We follow up with those who respond to the gospel and walk with them as they grow in Christ and His church.
